"Conflicts of Isolina" tells the story of a young woman of 15 years and his closest college friends, who entering puberty and with it a number of problems, both are awakening to a new world of sensations , doubts and desires, as a strong social problems of drug addiction, drugs, unwanted pregnancies among others.
Isolina, central character in the novel represents the balanced group of friends. It's who cares about them and is responsible for advising them, while she herself get into trouble for it. Thus facing harassment from Alexander, a young drug dealer is arrested in the United States.
The novel is divided into thirteen chapters whose titles clearly indicate the circumstances that the characters live.
